Overview

The Customer Value Architect serves as a key partner to sales and customers, driving customer onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, activation, and platform value realization while minimizing churn and contraction.

In Short

• Leads onboarding execution and definition of customer success plan.
• Partners with sales staff to expand sales within existing and new accounts.
• Primary customer point of contact for onboarding, activation, and business value realization.
• Conducts business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact.
• Delivers Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) featuring value realized analyses.
• Drives strategic Flex adoption and planning across enterprise accounts.
• Monitors and analyzes Flex usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintains expert-level knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Interacts with executive-level customer decision makers.
• Ability to travel as needed to customer and internal meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
• Expert-level presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships.
• Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background preferred.
• Experience with flexible licensing models.
