Overview

The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves all customer questions and issues while providing the best customer experience possible.

In Short

• Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues.
• Manage high-volume phone calls for customer assistance.
• Respond to emails and internal department queries.
• Document issues in Confluence.
• Visit court dockets for information on case filings.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience.
• Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Office.
• Document manipulation experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
