Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves all customer questions and issues, providing the best customer experience possible in a remote setting while located in Mississippi.

In Short

• Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders.
• Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders.
• Respond to emails and address customer inquiries.
• Document issues in Confluence.
• Visit court dockets for information and occasionally pull filed papers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems preferred.
• Document manipulation experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to transcribe information and investigate issues.
• Typing speed of at least 55 wpm.
