Customer Service Representative - Remote

As a part of our Member Services team, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.

In Short

• Provide empathy, care, and guidance to members.
• Communicate with members via phone and email.
• Listen to members and provide solutions to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge.
• Document member interactions accurately.
• Work from home with a focus on customer service.
• Available for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm.
• Career progression opportunities available.
• Monday-Friday and 4 X 10 shifts available.
• Starting pay of $16.00/hr.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• People-focused approach and solution mindset.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Strong communication skills.
