Virtual School Admissions Manager - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Manager will lead the growth of Polaris Global Academy in China, supporting the overall enrollment function at the virtual school.

In Short

• Develop a comprehensive enrollment strategy for PGA in China.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and sales reps in China and other countries.
• Work with academic, operations, and sales teams to enhance lead generation and academic operations.
• Set and achieve enrollment, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Deliver internal training to help the team sell PGA effectively.
• Organize presentations and events to promote PGA.
• Manage a centralized enrollment pipeline for students from multiple countries.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
• Prior experience in virtual education, preferably in a virtual school.
• Understanding of the US education system.
• Experience in educational sales and/or admissions.
• International sales experience.
• Established network among schools in China.
• Remote work experience.
• Must be based in mainland China.
