Admissions Manager - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the liaison team to ensure a smooth transition of patients to a Spaulding Rehab Nursing facility, while adhering to healthcare regulations and maintaining collaborative relationships with referral sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration required.
• Experience in healthcare admissions or related roles.
• 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of IRF, LTAC, SNF regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience with various insurances and government reimbursements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
