Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Sales Commissions with 12 years of experience to lead the management of our company’s sales commission plans. This role involves reviewing sales deals, calculating commissions, managing commission structures, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments in line with company policies.

In Short

  • Lead the review of sales deals and ensure commissions are calculated accurately.
  • Oversee and approve the calculation of sales commissions.
  • Develop and manage multiple commission plans.
  • Manage and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Proactively identify and resolve commission-related issues.
  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for commission processing.
  • Serve as the point of contact for audits related to commissions.
  • Work closely with finance, HR, and sales teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance commission processes.
  • Ensure integrity of financial data and commission payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and sales compensation plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with commission tracking systems.
