Overview

The Virtual Sales Manager at EVERSANA is responsible for leading and managing a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to support a potential launch in Primary Care, ensuring high performance and compliance with client expectations.

  • Oversee daily activities and leadership of the Virtual Sales team.

  • Establish performance expectations for the team.
  • Liaise between EVERSANA and clients for daily requests.
  • Monitor sales metrics and coach the team to meet goals.
  • Participate in marketing strategy discussions.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training for Virtual Sales Reps.
  • Conduct quality assurance for sales calls.
  • Manage technical issues related to CRM.
  • Create and maintain program documentation.

Requirements

  • BS required.
  • 3+ years in pharma virtual sales and leadership.
  • Success in leading high-performing virtual sales teams.
  • Preferred launch experience.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships.
