Requirements

• Certified, U.S.-based teachers with experience teaching middle school (grades 6–8)
• Native English speakers with excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of virtual teaching experience
• Strong classroom management skills in an online setting
• Passion for student-centered, flexible learning models
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS)
