In Short

  • Drive partner growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partner Strategy and Alliances to ensure regional strategies align with global objectives.
  • Create and implement business plans and enablement paths to support the long-term development of strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and engage potential new growth reselling partners and ISVs.
  • Influence and work with Partner Account Managers on building profitable partnerships.
  • Work with regional sales leaders to integrate partner strategies with regional sales goals.
  • Develop close collaboration with Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing, and Pre-sales.
  • Drive all activities with a customer-first mentality.
  • Drive adoption of the Global Channel Program.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Intelligent Automation background, likely having been in a similar role at another automation vendor.
  • Experience in working with Global SIs and consultancies.
  • Experience of enterprise sales as well as partner sales.
  • Flexibility to travel if needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preference of Business or related field.
