Overview

Join ABBYY as a technical engineer, where you will resolve customer tickets and collaborate with various technical teams to provide solutions and improve customer experience.

In Short

  • Resolve incoming Zendesk tickets from B2B customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues via virtual systems or screen-sharing.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments.
  • Communicate confidently in Business English.
  • Write knowledge base articles for faster customer support.
  • Follow documented procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of L2 Technical Support experience.
  • IT skills in Windows, Linux, and databases (MsSQL, Oracle).
  • Experience in programming (C++); knowledge of Java or C# is a plus.
  • Great analytical skills for troubleshooting.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills; additional European language is a plus.
