Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in Colorado or Compact License.
• 2 years of RN experience; home health experience preferred.
• Experience in case management and pediatric/adult care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call service.
• Knowledge of OASIS preferred.
