• Full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM US Eastern Time.
• Manage patient documents and ensure accurate distribution of medical records.
• Act as the primary contact for healthcare providers and medical facilities.
• Request and follow up on medical records and diagnostic reports.
• Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery.
• Build relationships with families as part of the support team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
