Overview

The Senior Director provides specialist medical and scientific strategic and operational input into core medical affairs activities such as healthcare professional/provider interactions, generation of clinical and scientific data, and safeguarding patient safety.

Requirements

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or equivalent, with relevant therapeutic specialty.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional team environment.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Expert knowledge in a relevant therapeutic specialty.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• People management experience preferred.
• Ability to run clinical programs independently.
• Advanced Degree (PhD or PharmD) highly preferred for Senior Scientific Director.
• Typically, 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
