Overview

The Senior Director provides specialist medical and scientific strategic and operational input into core medical affairs activities, including healthcare professional interactions and data generation. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and commercial teams to drive medical input into brand strategies.

• Provide leadership and support for assigned indications/projects.
• Lead medical affairs team in developing marketing materials and education programs.

Requirements

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership skills in cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
• Expert knowledge in a relevant therapeutic specialty.
• Understanding of Pharmacovigilance practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• International experience is a plus.
