Senior Manager, Value Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Value Analytics is responsible for designing and executing evidence-synthesis and health economic models to demonstrate the value of AbbVie products. This role requires strong methodological and analytical expertise to effectively communicate findings to various stakeholders.

In Short

• Develop global Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) and health economic models.
• Support local adaptations of global models for pricing and reimbursement.
• Contribute to ITCs and HEMs for strategic decision-making.
• Share best practices across affiliates and teams.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams.
• Use analytical techniques to inform pricing strategies.
• Engage with the Data and Statistical Sciences team for analyses.
• Conduct feasibility analyses for indirect comparisons.
• Deliver submissions to HTA agencies and decision-making bodies.
• Utilize statistical methodologies relevant to HTA.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in consultancy or pharma.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Understanding of health economics and evidence-synthesis disciplines.
• Experience with HTA submissions is highly desirable.
• Hands-on knowledge of EXCEL and economic models.
• Experience in designing SLR search strategies.
• Knowledge of statistical software (R preferred).
