Overview

The Senior Manager of Statistical Programming is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of statistical programmers in the research and development of new pharmaceutical products. This role involves leading statistical programming activities for compounds/indications or a therapeutic area while ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science or related field with 9+ years of experience or BS with 11+ years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
• In-depth understanding of SAS programming and CDISC Standards.
• Knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory filings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to represent the organization in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to estimate project-related programming efforts.
