Senior Manager - Statistical Programming - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of Statistical Programming is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of statistical programmers in the research and development of new pharmaceutical products. This role involves leading statistical programming activities for compounds/indications or therapeutic areas, and interfacing with various departments including Statistics, Data Sciences, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing, and Development Operations.

• Ensure consistency of ADaM data sets for studies.

• Participate in recruitment and selection of new staff.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of experience, or BS with 11+ years.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team of statistical programmers.
• In-depth understanding of SAS programming and CDISC Standards.
• Understanding of the drug development process and regulatory filings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to represent the Statistical Programming Organization effectively.
• Ability to estimate project-related programming efforts accurately.
