Senior Manager, Statistical Programming - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Statistical Programming performs statistical programming and analysis oversight for Oncology Early Development clinical projects conducted by CROs, ensuring data integrity and high-quality analysis for oncology clinical trials.

In Short

• Leads statistical programming activities for multiple compounds/indications.
• Manages a team of statistical programmers and resource planning.
• Ensures timely deliverables and adherence to quality processes.
• Develops SAS programs for ADaM datasets and TLFs.
• Creates documentation for regulatory filings.
• Leads development of standard SAS macros and SOPs.
• Mentors and develops career plans for staff.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of new staff.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• In-depth understanding of SAS programming and CDISC standards.
• Experience with regulatory filings and drug development process.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to represent the Statistical Programming Organization in teams.
• Accurate estimation of programming effort required.
