• Responsible for implementing discount contract strategies with purchasing groups and hospital pharmacies.
• Establish and maintain contacts with representatives from hospital pharmacies and decision-makers in drug management.
• Negotiate discount agreements on-site or remotely according to established strategies.
• Coordinate and review contracts in collaboration with Customer Service.
• Monitor and analyze changes in the hospital market.
• Communicate off-schedule price and product updates and develop monitoring analyses of implemented strategies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, business or law, or a qualification as a pharmaceutical consultant.
• 3-5 years of negotiation experience with hospitals.
• Ideally 3-5 years of practical experience in hospital field service or key account management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the German healthcare system in the hospital sector.
• Team player qualities and ability to lead strategic projects.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Strong persuasive, communication, and enthusiasm skills.
• High business acumen and analytical-conceptual skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel.
