Senior Director, TA Lead, Specialty & Aesthetics - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Director has responsibility and accountability for Epidemiology strategic research plans and agendas, execution of studies and projects within those plans for a portfolio of assets/brands/indications across the Specialty and Aesthetics TA area and leads a team of scientists with global remit.

In Short

• Communicates findings to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains a high performing team.
• Accountable for strategic plans for all products within the TAs.
• Leads interactions with cross-functional leaders.
• Drives the design and execution of a high-quality Epidemiology program.
• Responsible for developing and executing post-marketing commitments.
• Ensures strong partnership with Clinical Science functions.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in (pharmaco)epidemiology.
• Minimum of twelve years working experience with Master’s, ten years with PhD.
• 10+ years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven people leadership and ability to lead leaders.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
