Overview

The Senior Director of Global HEOR Strategy will lead the HEOR strategy team at AbbVie, overseeing the development and implementation of strategies that demonstrate the value of products in the Gastroenterology and Immunology therapeutic areas.

In Short

• Lead HEOR strategy team and oversee strategy development for product registration and market launch.
• Accountable for creating HEOR strategies for all products within assigned therapeutic areas.
• Direct design, conduct, and analysis of projects within product area strategies.
• Communicate findings to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute HEOR product life-cycle and labeling strategies.
• Ensure strong partnerships with Value & Evidence functions.
• Engage with HTA/payers and clinical practice guideline organizations.
• Establish evidence metrics to assess treatment impacts.
• Develop research partnerships to generate clinical and economic evidence.
• Manage multiple projects with significant budgets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (MSc, MPH, PhD) required.
• 13+ years of experience in HEOR or related fields.
• Strong understanding of health services research methods.
• Experience with HTA organizations and external research partnerships.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
• Experience in early drug development and commercialization.
• Direct experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders.
