Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Senior CRA will enable AbbVie’s emergence as a world class R&D organization, playing a key role in ensuring successful protocol level execution of SMM deliverables involving start-up, execution, and close-out of studies.

In Short

• Ensure successful protocol level execution of SMM deliverables for assigned sites/study(s).
• Conduct monitoring visits, site evaluations, and activation.
• Anticipate and identify site issues that could affect timelines.
• Maintain clinical trial management systems with current site-specific information.
• Ensure timely payment execution for assigned sites/study(s).
• Adhere to federal regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
• Prepare and follow up site audits/inspections.
• Coach and mentor CRAs in their development.
• Participate in global/local task forces and initiatives.
• Responsible for remote data review of assigned sites/studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Site Monitoring Experience.
• Health Related degree preferred (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated proactive and positive team player.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Business ethics and integrity.
