Overview

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) plays a critical role in the management, monitoring, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

In Short

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials.
• Develop and implement study plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage study contracts and budgets with clinical sites.
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Participate in the development of SOPs for clinical trials.

• Provide training to junior CRAs and site staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Medical Device research.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in clinical trial management and data capture systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
