Overview

The Senior Clinical Research Associate will play a key role in ensuring successful protocol level execution of SMM deliverables involving start-up, execution, and close-out of studies at AbbVie, a company dedicated to innovative medicines and solutions.

• Ensure successful protocol level execution of SMM deliverables.
• Conduct site evaluations, selection, and activation.
• Anticipate and identify site issues affecting timelines.
• Maintain clinical trial management systems with site-specific information.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare for site audits and inspections.
• Coach and mentor junior CRAs.
• Serve as a point of contact for CROs.
• Lead global/local initiatives as assigned.
• Perform remote data reviews of assigned sites/studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Site Monitoring Experience.
• Health-related degree preferred (Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive team player with strong planning skills.
• High level of flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated business ethics and integrity.
