Overview

The Systems Operations Analyst is a subject matter expert in the Vault Clinical system and its processes, ensuring inspection readiness of clinical documentation and empowering study teams.

In Short

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Vault Clinical system.
• Provide support for audit and inspection preparation for eTMFs.
• Conduct quality control checks across the Vault Clinical system.
• Create and interpret reports and dashboards.
• Develop and execute training plans for stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with IT on system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and AbbVie SOPs.
• Mentor and guide other team members.
• Manage multiple projects independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficient in clinical documentation procedures.
• Experience with electronic systems.
• Ability to manage larger projects independently.
