• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Passion for reproductive health care.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a bonus.
• Prior experience in a Product Operations role is advantageous.
