Overview

The National Field Trainer – Hospital Anti-Infectives is responsible for facilitating, developing, maintaining, and implementing training content and programs across all phases of training.

In Short

• Facilitate Hospital Anti-Infectives training classes in live and virtual environments.
• Mentor and coach newly hired sales representatives.
• Participate in design and implementation of training programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant.
• Submit training materials for compliance approval.
• Manage digital learning platforms for training agendas and curriculum.
• Assess training and development needs of the sales force.
• Build connections with enterprise training colleagues.
• Manage sales training assets and updates.
• Travel for training and department meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Strong clinical expertise in inpatient hospital sales preferred.
• Experience with anti-infectives/infectious diseases products preferred.
• Top performance in current role preferred.
• Experience in presenting and facilitating to groups.
• Successful project development and management experience.
