Overview

The Group Medical Director will manage a team of medical directors and oversee the safety of late-stage and post-marketing hematology-oncology products, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and leading product safety teams.

Requirements

• MD/DO with 2+ years of residency experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance/Clinical Development.
• Strong analytical skills for clinical data.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience in risk management strategies.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Collaborative approach with diverse teams.
• Understanding of clinical trial safety monitoring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
