Overview

The Group Medical Director is responsible for managing Medical Directors and leading Product Safety Teams to ensure the safety of late-stage and post-marketing hematology-oncology portfolios, while interpreting regulations related to pharmacovigilance.

In Short

  • Make independent decisions in complex situations.

Requirements

  • MD / DO with residency experience.
  • 8-10 years in Pharmacovigilance or Clinical Development.
  • Ability to analyze clinical data effectively.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of pharmacology and chemistry.
  • Ability to multitask and work under uncertainty.
