Overview

The Field Clinical Trainer is responsible for managing and executing clinical training for Allergan Aesthetics devices, focusing on customer proficiency and collaboration with sales leadership.

• Deliver clinical training for CoolSculpting and DiamondGlow providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of sales or clinical experience preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and medical device training.
• Experience with B2B training and selling skills.
• High flexibility in a changing environment.
• Broad analytical thinking and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Ethics and integrity are essential.
