Overview

The Educational Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer learning experience and coordinating educational programs with excellence within the AMI program portfolio.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AMI program communication.
• Support Facial Aesthetics and Body Contouring educational programs.
• Plan and implement operational initiatives.
• Develop and improve program procedures and protocols.
• Manage tasks within budget.
• Develop AMI program resources and invitations.
• Ensure consistent and compliant program communications.
• Assist in the on-site execution of AMI programs.
• Manage patient/model communications and logistics.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in event, communication or human services.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in aesthetics and medical.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and event planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Efficient with time management.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility in work hours and overtime.
• Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes.
