The Director of R&D Data and Digital Strategy is responsible for designing, planning, and executing analytical components of research studies that evaluate the value of pharmaceutical assets. This role requires methodological and analytical expertise to conduct and consult on HEOR studies, managing a team of analysts while ensuring effective collaboration across departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAS and SQL programming.
• 7-10 years of experience in observational study analysis.
• Experience with R programming for data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing large medical claims datasets.
• Professional training in healthcare preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in claims, survey, and clinical analyses preferred.
