The Associate Medical/Scientific Director, National Medical Partnerships is a strategic scientific leader responsible for direct engagement with Aesthetic Leadership Decision-Making Stakeholders across top national accounts, leading the development and execution of medical strategies that advance patient care and optimize clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD/DO, PharmD, PhD, DNP, PA or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or related fields.
• Proven success in engaging executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong scientific communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in developing medical strategies at the national level.
• Knowledge of clinical research and compliance standards.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen for navigating commercial accounts.
