Associate Director, Patient Experience Data & Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Patient Centered Outcomes Research, is responsible for the design and execution of strategically-focused and innovative patient experience data (PED) evidence to support optimization of product registration, access & reimbursement, and clinical practice in collaboration with HEOR Strategy and other functions.

• Drive integration of patient voice in development programs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient experience data research.
• Experience with regulatory and HTA submissions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in complex matrix environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
