Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in coverage, coding, and market access.
• 3+ years of experience leading field teams.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, or business-related field preferred.
• Thorough understanding of payer policy processes.
• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong leadership contributions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Experience in specialty medicines and reimbursement support.
