Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager for Immunology Gastroenterology is responsible for educating healthcare providers on patient access and reimbursement related to AbbVie products, acting as a resource for HCP questions and support.

In Short

• Field-based role in specific states: Alabama, Northern Mississippi, Memphis, Tennessee.
• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Advise on patient prescription status and program eligibility.
• Provide expertise on payer policies and coding changes.
• Liaise with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement support center.
• Establish relationships with providers in the territory.
• Remain updated on managed care and reimbursement activities.
• Requires at least 3 years of pharma industry experience.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Requirements

• Experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, and Access and Reimbursement.
• Understanding of payer policy processes and reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong communication skills regarding coding and billing.
• Knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D.
• Excellent territory and account management skills.
• Ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
