Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology (FRM) is responsible for addressing healthcare provider (HCP) questions about patient access and reimbursement for AbbVie oncology products. This role is field-based, requiring candidates to live within a reasonable distance from their assigned cities.

In Short

• Act as a resource for HCPs on patient access and reimbursement.
• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Provide expertise on national/regional payer policies.
• Liaise with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement support center.
• Report payer trends to internal teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers.
• Remain current on reimbursement and policy activities.
• Requires 3 years of oncology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in oncology sales or market access.
• Understanding of payer policy processes for specialty medicines.
• Knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong communication skills for technical coding and billing.
• Excellent account management skills.
• Must pass health care industry representative credentialing requirements.
