Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in laboratory instrumentation.
• 2 years of experience interfacing with customers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions based on customer needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in account management is a plus.
