  • Seeking an experienced professional with operational and business analysis experience in healthcare quality operations.
  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and definition for solutions to support payer clients.
  • Expertise in Medicaid regulations and best practices.
  • Understanding of MCO operations, member management, and care management.

  • Knowledge of quality measures, HEDIS measures, and CMS data sources.
  • Experience in client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years operational experience in quality management programs focused on Medicaid processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of US healthcare data, including Medical Claims and Pharmacy Claims.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and navigating payer organizations.
  • Strong communicator with ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical thinker with ability to document business processes and extract insights.
  • High level of project organization, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to de-escalate customer complaints.
  • Experience in process improvement and client satisfaction initiatives.
