Overview

The Manager, Benefits Strategy & Global Projects is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health and welfare benefit strategies for North America and globally, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in benefit design/delivery, especially in Health & Welfare Programs.
• Global project implementation experience preferred.
• BA/BS in a related field preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with technology solutions for benefit programs.
• Familiarity with disability programs.
• M&A experience is a plus.
