Overview

The Localization Analyst II at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple localization projects to ensure high quality and on-time delivery, while supporting the localization process.

In Short

• Manage localization of product instructions and software.
• Keep detailed schedules and report status.
• Troubleshoot translation memory and authoring tool issues.
• Handle vendor management including invoice and PO tracking.
• Support updates to TMS tools and MT initiatives.
• Investigate and implement methods to improve localization processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FDA QSR.
• Participate in Kaizen events.
• Work with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree level preferably with localization background.
• Relevant experience in localization.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience with localization tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory requirements.
• Experience with MT initiatives is a plus.
