Localization Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Localization Analyst at Flipster, you will ensure accurate translation and cultural adaptation of content, UI, and communications for global markets while collaborating with product and tech teams.

In Short

• Own and implement end-to-end localization process.
• Integrate localization into the product development cycle.
• Manage localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, Phrase).
• Partner with engineering teams for localization integrations.
• Ensure proper text encoding for all languages.
• Collaborate with UX Writer and product designers.
• Manage translation contractors and in-house teams.
• 2-3 years of experience in localization or translation operations.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Preferred experience in crypto, trading platforms, or Web3 projects.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in localization or translation operations (preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS).
• Expertise in localization tools (e.g., Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin, Phrase).
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Experience working with external translators or agencies.
• Multilingual fluency beyond Korean and English (Chinese, Vietnamese, etc.).
