Project Manager, Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager, Strategy will play an integral part in the overall success of our Strategy team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between internal team members and clients.

In Short

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana).
• Create and execute project plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Oversee all aspects of projects including scope, risk, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Communicate deliverable timelines to clients and maintain close communication on feedback timelines.
• Provide support with final QA of deliverables to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes.
• Conduct risk management to proactively mitigate issues.
• Maintain ongoing communication between the client and account team regarding project status.
• Support internal and external status meetings effectively.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all supported digital marketing projects.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience leading projects within an analytics team or digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms (Asana preferred).
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Process driven, highly organized, and methodical.
• Self-starter with the ability to think independently and work autonomously.
• Subject matter familiarity in analytics or digital marketing is ideal.
• Professional approach with comfort in conflict management.
