Overview

The Strategic Project Manager will lead large, complex engineering projects aimed at optimizing production processes in the pork and packaged meat industry, contributing to the success of iconic brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in team development.
• Strong knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
• Knowledge of engineering principles related to food processing.
• Ability to build strong working relationships within teams.
