Overview

The Partnership Manager is responsible for building, owning, and aggressively growing AB Global’s full partnership ecosystem, including ATS, HRIS, PEOs, HR buying groups, marketplaces, and strategic channel partners.

  • Revenue-driven role focused on creating scalable programs.
  • Reports directly to the President, collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategy across various platforms.
  • Source and secure new strategic partnerships.
  • Drive measurable revenue through partnerships.
  • Act as primary relationship owner for assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Continuously optimize partnership programs for improved performance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant partnerships required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS partnerships or HR technology.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs.
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, or PEOs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Direct experience with ATS, HRIS, or PEO ecosystems.
  • Background in compliance-driven SaaS experience.
  • Experience in high-growth organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude.
