Part Time Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Specialist works in collaboration with the Vice President of Operations to provide accurate and verified information for the company. The Operations Specialist also serves as the day-to-day support for when needed in additional task assignments.

In Short

• Coordinate contact with education institutions, employers, and references.
• Conduct online research with public and private resources.
• Input accurate and verified information into the internal background screening application.
• Use time management to perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Serve as backup for all operations support when needed.
• Handle and answer calls from clients, customers, and troubleshoot application calls.
• Take on additional tasks as designed by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the FCRA and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience in background checks or pre-employment screening.
• 2 or more years’ experience in customer service (desirable).
• Experience in remote working (desirable).
