In Short

• Assist Customer Success Managers and Digital Advertising Analysts.
• Communicate directly with clients to address technical needs.
• Handle routine tasks and administrative work for advertising support.
• Monitor performance enhancement tasks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments for advertising-related tasks.
• Perform technical tasks on customer accounts.
• Share client feedback with relevant teams.
• Support compliance audits as needed.
• Work in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in support or client-facing roles for SaaS products.
• Experience with CRMs and modern SaaS tools.
• Strong service-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate.
• Attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Comfortable making calls to customers.
• Ability to perform extensive computer work.
