Product Manager - AI and Large Language Models - Remote

In Short

• Spearhead the company's LLM initiatives, acting as the subject matter expert and internal evangelist for LLM adoption and integration
• Own the development and maintenance of LLM-based solutions, from defining use cases and designing workflows to collaborating with engineering on implementation
• Drive the strategy and roadmap for the company's Website Engagement product, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, marketing, and customer support to deliver exceptional AI and web-based solutions
• Define and monitor product success metrics, using KPIs to measure LLM adoption, user engagement, and the effectiveness of website interactions
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, continuously evaluating emerging LLM and AI technologies and their potential applications for the company's products and internal processes

Requirements

• 3 + years of product management experience in a SaaS startup or a top-tier corporate environment.
• Strong familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• A proven track record of working with UX/UI and client-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Experience working on live products with paying customers.
• Experience building LLM-based products or tools (advantage)
