Overview

The Senior Power Customer Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring profitability and satisfaction for assigned contracts within the Gas Power sector.

In Short

  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and profitability of assigned contracts.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and customers.
  • Develop and own site customer communication plans.
  • Oversee warranty and commercial considerations.
  • Manage outage and non-outage parts planning.
  • Lead emergent outage matters to resolution.
  • Facilitate pre-outage and post-outage meetings.
  • Understand contract requirements and deliverables.
  • Contribute to business strategy and P&L management.
  • Work up to 50% of the time on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/Steam Power Mechanical Power Outage.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in Lean processes and tools.
  • Strong operational judgment.
  • Ability to work in a proactive environment.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
